Terms of Service

Welcome to BFF Creative! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to any BFF Creative plan (including design or video subscriptions, dedicated creative team services, or any creative support offering), you agree that you are of legal age and have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Definitions
Creative Request: Any design or video project submitted through your portal.
Revision: A modification requested to an existing creative.
Deliverable: The final creative file(s) shared with you.
Turnaround Time: Estimated time to receive initial drafts (typically 2–3 business days).
Assets: Files, brand elements, and content provided by you.
Plan: The subscription tier you selected during signup.
3. Scope of Service
BFF Creative provides on-demand design and video editing through a subscription model. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Ad creatives
Motion graphics
Graphic design
Web imagery
Product renders
Email assets
Social content
Copy support
Deliverables vary by plan. No specific number of deliverables is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your plan.
4. Ownership & Licensing
All final deliverables are considered “work made for hire” and become your property upon delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring the legal right to use all materials you provide. We use properly licensed stock assets when needed.
5. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions within reason. If revision volume becomes excessive or abusive, we may throttle delivery or recommend an upgrade.
6. Turnaround Time
Most requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Complex projects or queue size may affect timelines. All turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Payment & Billing
Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly).
We accept payments via credit card using Stripe.
Late payments may result in a $250 fee and/or a pause in service.
Pricing is locked at the time of signup but may change with a 30-day notice.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
No refunds are issued after a billing cycle begins.
Monthly plans require 15 days' notice.
Quarterly or longer plans require 30 days' notice.
9. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods, unused requests, or unclaimed services. All sales are final once a billing cycle starts.
10. Support & Communication
We aim to respond to all requests within 1 business day. Support is available via your creative portal or by email at trevor@bffcreative.co.
11. AI-Assisted Features
Some features may use AI tools for faster or enhanced creative output (e.g., image generation, automated copywriting). All output is reviewed by our team before delivery.
12. Confidentiality
We treat all client work with strict confidentiality. We do not share unreleased campaigns, product information, or brand data without your written consent.
13. Portfolio Use
We may showcase finished, non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing.

14. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit, hire, or contract directly with any BFF Creative team member for 12 months following termination of service, unless you have written permission.
15. Trial Terms
If offered, trials are limited in scope and may be revoked at any time. Trials do not guarantee deliverables and are subject to fair use.
16. Fair Use
Your usage should reflect the intent and scope of your plan. Excessive usage may result in delivery delays or a recommendation to upgrade.
17. Service Availability
We operate Monday–Friday, U.S. time zones, excluding major holidays. Some plans may include expedited or weekend options based on availability.
18. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
